There are so many qualities required of a sound recordist and Lynne has them all. She calms talent and readies them for the camera - not just with mics, but with kind words and just the right amount of chat. She reads a room and thinks carefully about how she’ll work in it, where she’ll be best placed and how, in the edit, it’s all going to sing with crisp sound. She is unobtrusive but always communicating. She is also adaptable, strong and hard working. Lynne also loves her craft and is a born listener, so working with her is always a joy.
